The Marionpinel.com website presents the company’s photography services: wedding coverage and engagement sessions. It does not offer direct online booking. Any order requires prior contact with the photographer and is subject to an individual contract.

All content (texts, images, videos) on the website is the exclusive property of Marion Pinel, unless otherwise stated. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement liable to prosecution under articles L122-4 and L335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Article 3 – Specific conditions for services
Services cannot be booked online. A service contract is drawn up between the parties, setting out the terms of the session or coverage. This contract contains its own terms of sale, adapted to the nature of the chosen service.

Payments are made by bank transfer or any other method agreed between the client and the photographer. No payment is made through the marionpinel.com website. Payment terms (deposit, balance, instalments) are set out in the individual service contract given to the client.

These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.
